On Rita Cosby’s Sunday MSNBC program, actor Bruce Willis spoke out on the media coverage of Iraq. Willis, who has visited Iraq, said that he is both perplexed and disheartened that the US press is not writing about the “good things that are happening in Iraq”.
Willis told Cosby: “This is the same fight the US fought 60 years ago” and he also said that the terrorists today are much the same as those we fought in WW II. Willis continued with: “I want to live in a world and so do the Iraqi people where they can move from their homes to the markets” without fear.
