Drug War: The Real Dopes are in Washington Jan 16, 2007
As most Americans are aware, a huge percentage of the illegal drugs consumed in this country come from or through Mexico. With that in mind, consider that two of our Border Patrol agents, Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean, are about to serve a decade in prison for pursuing and shooting a Mexican drug dealer on United States soil. A huge grassroots effort is underway to obtain a Presidential pardon for these two brave men.

How Do You Say Chutzpah in Spanish? May 24, 2006
While Mexican President Vicente Fox worries about the United States "militarizing" it's border with Mexico, his government is doing absolutely nothing to stem the tide of Mexican criminals illegally entering the US. In fact, several reports from law enforcement officers indicate that the Mexican police and military forces actually assist criminal enterprises in compromising border security measures.

Pelosi's Rhetoric Should Be So Under-Funded Jan 12, 2006
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi released a statement condemning – I’m sorry, commemorating the fourth anniversary of the No Child Left Behind Act. Needless to say, her take on the progress of this critical education initiative it is about as accurate as the predictions of the Y2K global meltdown. And while her contention that NCLB is an unfunded mandate is nothing less than a bald-faced lie there is a larger and more disturbing issue raised by the verbiage in her "statement."
